General description

A cocktail of three phosphatase inhibitors for the inhibition of both serine/threonine and alkaline phosphatases. Available as a 1 ml vial or as a set of five 1 ml vials. Each vial contains a 1 ml solution with the following components: 500 µM Cantharidin (Cat. No. 210155), 2.5 mM (-)-p-Bromotetramisole oxalate, and 1 µM Calyculin A, Discodermia calyx (Cat. No. 208851).
A cocktail of three phosphatase inhibitors specially formulated for inhibition of alkaline phosphatases as well as serine/threonine protein phosphatases such as PP1 and PP2A. May be used with cell lysates and tissue extracts, including extracts containing detergents. Supplied as 1 ml or a set of five 1 ml vials. Each vial contains 1 ml phosphatase inhibitor cocktail solubilized in 95% DMSO, consisting of the following components:
