Application
Corning® high content imaging plate is suitable for imaging systems to perform high-content cell-based assays. It has also been as a platform to culture the yeast cells and human mammary epithelial cell line to enable high-quality imaging during immunofluorescence (IF) microscopy.
Features and Benefits
- Ensures a flat and optically clear surface due to high-quality glass bottom that is ideal for cell growth, decreases autofocus time, and enhances throughput
- Anti-scratch glass
- Well bottom flatness ensures imaging device planarity
- Glass bottom thickness is ideal for imaging microscopy
- Ensures the highest possible optical quality for cell-based assays due to reduced crosstalk and low background fluorescence
- Half-area microplate consumes less reagent

To maximize a desired product, metabolic engineers typically express enzymes to high, constant levels. Yet, permanent pathway activation can have undesirable consequences including competition with essential pathways and accumulation of toxic intermediates. Faced with similar challenges, natural metabolic systems compartmentalize
