General description

Dichlofluanid is a fungicide widely used to control many fungal diseases in plants. It is also added as an antifouling agent to copper-based boat paints.

Application

Dichlofluanid may be used as a reference standard for the determination of the analyte:
  • In must and wines by gas chromatographic method.
  • In estuarine water samples as an antifouling paint booster biocide by analytical procedures.
