General description

For fast chromatography and LC-MS detection, LiChrosolv® hypergrade, a family of solvents especially optimized and tested for LC-MS suitability, is most suitable. LiChrosolv® hypergrade solvents meet all the requirements of modern LC-MS ionization methods (ESI/ APCI – positive and negative modes). Due to their low level of ionic background and low ion suppression, LiChrosolv® hypergrade solvents ensure high reproducibility and high ionization efficiency.

Application

Acetonitrile with 0.1% (v/v) Acetic acid can be used as a mobile phase solvent in the:
  • Liquid chromatography separation process.
  • High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis of the constituents of Derris indica.
  • Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) analysis.
