Each kit contains 2 customizable screening sets that include the following components:
- 24 (6 x 4) pre-weighed ligands in glass vials loaded with stir bars, topped with cap mat
- Potassium phosphate: 4 pre-weighed vials with product labels and lids
- CuI (soluble source) in preweighed vial
- 4 degassed anhydrous solvents (dioxane, DMAc, toluene, and DMSO) in ampules
- 1 internal standard
- 2 KitAlysis 24-Well reaction block replacement films
- 8 stir bars for stock solutions
- Ampule cracker
Monitor reaction progress via TLC-MS by following this protocol
Best when used with KitAlysis Benchtop Inertion Box and 24-well Reaction Block (sold separately).
