  • Phenytoin Sodium Injection
  • Extended Phenytoin Sodium Capsules
  • Phenytoin Compounded Topical Gel
  • Fosphenytoin Sodium Injection

Biochem/physiol Actions

Reduces incidence of grand mal seizures; appears to stabilize excitable membranes perhaps through effects on Na+, K+, and Ca2+ channels.
