General description
Amberlite IRN78, strong base anion exchange gel type polystyrene resin in hydroxide form, has quaternary ammonium functional group.
As a nuclear grade resin, a minimum of 95% of the available exchange sites are in the hydroxide form.
Application
Amberlite IRN78 hydroxide form was used as packing bed in vertical column chromatography.
Strongly basic (type I) anion exchange resin for water treatment, RADwaste, decontamination, etc.; useful for boron thermal regeneration.
