Application

CS-C Medium has been optimized for the culture of Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVEC). It contains L-glutamine, sodium bicarbonate, and HEPES. It does not contain phenol red, serum or antibiotics.

Packaging

Packaged in PETG plastic bottles.

Preparation Note

Should be supplemented with 10% serum, Endothelial Cell Growth Factor (E 9640) and Endothelial Cell Attachment Factor (E 9765) for best results.

The selection of a nutrient medium is strongly influenced by 1] type of cell, 2] type of culture [monolayer, suspension, clonal] and 3] ° of chemical definition necessary.
