General description
Consists of flexible silicone rubber nosepiece, hard plastic mouthpiece, and 15 inches of latex tubing.
Application
Aspirator tube assemblies for calibrated microcapillary pipettes have been used:
- as a mouthpiece for pipettes to gently suction out plasmid solution
- to aid during intrathoracic injection using a glass needle
- as a mouth pipette attached to glass needles for transferring melanocytes to the culture dishes
