General description

50 Glass plates 20 x 10 cm
HPTLC plates deliver fast and quantitative analysis of complex samples for manual or automated use. Our HPTLC silica plates work three times faster than conventional TLC plates – and they are more sensitive. The particle sizes range in HPTLC is between 4-8 µm, which creates a smoother surface and a higher separation power than TLC plates.

Application

Glass HPTLC Silica gel 60 F₂₅₄ plates. Silica gel HPTLC plates size 20 x 10 cm, 50 sheets.

Linkage

Replaces: 5642-6; 5642

HPTLC was used to analyze caffeine in coffee. Filtration of coffee through a PTFE syringe filter was the only sample preparation. Quantitation was conducted with a TLC scanner.
