General description

Multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs, CNTs) was prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). The CNTs formed can be formed in bundles over a catalyst support or in patterns over substrates.1 Each MWCNT is tipped with nickel-catalyst particles with diameters equal to the diameter of the nanotube.

Application

High quality CNT arrays suitable for nanoelectronics

Features and Benefits

Each MWCNT is tipped with nickel-carbide particle with diameter equal to diameter of the nanotube.

Packaging

Packaged in Vacuum Release (VR) Trays. See Technical bulletin AL-237.
