Biochem/physiol Actions

ATR-002, a derivate of CI-1040, is a cell penetrant, potent and specific inhibitor of the Raf/MEK/ERK pathway. ATR-002 exhibits strong anti-influenza and anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity. It impairs the influenzas and SARS-CoV-2 viruses induced expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
