General description
OmniPur® Water, WFI Quality, Sterile Purified Water, Cell Culture Tested is a high-quality water made especially for use in cell culture purposes and meets the requirements for injection (WFI) quality. It is commonly used as a solvent to prepare media, test samples, references, and solutions. Additionally, it is used to wash microfiltration cartridges and glassware.
Application
Water is used as a:
- Solvent for dissolving the synthesized sdRNAs.
- Suspension medium to suspend the centrifuged pelleted cells during the urea synthesis assay.
