Order-related information ;

The recommended long-term storage temperature of the product is indicated on the web page as follows, but delivery conditions may differ from our recommended long-term storage temperature.

  •  2-8℃ refrigerated storage

  • -20 ℃ frozen storage

  • -70 ℃ cryogenic freezing or below -70 ℃ storage

  • -196 ℃ in liquid nitrogen storage

Products that require long-term refrigeration do not always need to be shipped refrigerated. Products that must be shipped with ice have a "wet ice" mark on the web page, and refrigerated products without this mark will be shipped at room temperature, so please let there be no misunderstanding about this.

In addition, some products that require long-term freeze storage at -20 ℃ must be packaged and shipped in wet ice rather than dry ice. In this case, please note that the storage temperature and shipping temperature are displayed differently on the web page. (e.g. storage temperature: -20 ℃, ships in: wet ice)

We are shipping products under conditions that can guarantee the quality of our products. After receiving the product, please immediately store it according to the recommended storage method.
