New customer registration and information update
Dear customer, welcome to Sigma-Aldrich, a subsidiary of Merck!
To purchase a product, you need to register a customer account through new customer registration. After account registration is complete, you can order by phone/mail.
Direct ordering is possible at the website after login, but only if the login ID created through associate membership is linked to your account.
Is this your first purchase?
Please submit a new customer registration application form. ▶Watch tutorial the video
If you enter your login ID in the application form, you do not need to submit the ID linking request form separately, since the ID linking process will be performed at the same time as customer registration.
Do you need to update your information?
Due to the nature of handling hazardous chemicals, all the information such as contact details and addresses will be changed after verification.
However, the conversion from an individual to a legal entity and an affiliation change from Company A to Company B requires a new customer registration.
Do you need to check if an ID is linked?
The ID linked to the account can be confirmed by clicking on the Order Center in the top right and then on My Recent Quotes (or My Recent Orders) in the lower part
with the unique 10-digit customer number (203*******).
If it is not linked, you can only place orders by phone/mail, so please link your ID to your account and place an order conveniently.
Do you need to register as an individual?
You can register the information of the actual purchaser under account representative in order to confirm who places orders.
