HiLoad 26/600 Superdex 30 prep grade are prepacked XK columns designed for high-resolution preparative gel filtration chromatography separating peptides.

Suitability

All commonly used buffers, 1 M NaOH, 0.1 M HCl, 1 M acetic acid, 8 M urea, 6 M guanidine HCl, 1 % SDS, 70 % ethanol, 30 % iso-propanol, 30 % acetonitrile
for high-resolution preparative gel filtration chromatography separating peptides
