Application

マスト細胞内のヘパリンの蛍光染色用です。

Berberine chloride USP reference standard, intended for use in specified quality tests and assays as specified in the USP compendia. Also, for use with USP monographs such as:

Biochem/physiol Actions

弱い抗生物質特性を有するアルカロイドです。MDR流出ポンプの基質です。ベルベリンの抗菌活性は、MDR阻害剤である5´-メトキシヒドノカルピン (5´-MHC)により強化されます。ベルベリンは、肝癌細胞内のPgp発現をアップレギュレ-トします。ベルベリンによる治療は、化学療法剤の蓄積を低減させる可能性があります。
