Established by EBV transformation of mononuclear cells from the peripheral blood of a 51 year old male. T cells from the sample have been used as normal control for DNA repair studies and mutation analysis.

RPMI 1640 + 4mM Glutamine + 200 μg/ml Sodium Pyruvate (NaPy) + 15% Heat Inactivated (HI-FBS).

継代と培養方法

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml, dilute every 1-2 days to 3 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5%CO₂; 37°C. Cells form floating aggregates.
