培地

RPMI 1640 +2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

継代と培養方法

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂;37°C. Cells grow slow and in large aggregates.
