General description

ユビキノンとしても知られるコエンザイム Q（CoQ）は、脂溶性の抗酸化物質であり、ミトコンドリアの電子伝達鎖に不可欠な成分です。この分子は、ベンゾキノン環とイソプレノイド側鎖を持つ生物学的に活性なキノンを含んでいます。Q10 は、好気性細胞呼吸によって ATP を生成する細胞質とミトコンドリア（[1]）で合成されます。CoQ10 は免疫系が最適に機能し、心臓血管の健康を維持するために必要です（[2]）。炎症性遺伝子の発現を抑制する能力は、その抗炎症性を示しています（[3] ）。遺伝的障害や加齢により CoQ10 が欠乏すると、免疫機能が抑制されます。（[1]）

    1. This product has not been tested for use as an analytical standard. There are currently three products available that qualify for use as a standard, under the name Ubidecarenone - 2 primary standards and 1 secondary standard. Please see the link below to review these product options:
