  1. Does product A7155-5ML include 5 mL of packed agarose, or does the 5 mL refer to the entire volume of the suspension?

    1. The package sizes represent the total volume of the agarose slurry and not that of the packed gel. The packed agarose volume varies from lot to lot and is reported in the Certificate of Analysis. The 5 mL package size has a packed gel volume range of 2.1 – 3.3mL.
