General description
Atto 488マレイミドは、高い分子吸収量（90.000）および量子収量（0.80）を有する親水性蛍光標識です。蛍光活性は最大501 nmで励起され、最大発光は523 nmです。 Atto 488マレイミドはアルゴンレーザー励起に最適化されており、高い光安定性を特徴とします。マレイミドの非反応性マレアミン酸異性体混合物へのを加水分解は、特にpH 8以上ではチオール修飾と顕著に競合することがあります。この標識の基質結合後の正味電荷は-1です。
Application
Atto 488マレイミドはアミンの標識に用いられますが、通常はマレイミドとチオールの反応よりも高いpHを必要とします。チオール基に適した蛍光標識です。
