Application

改質トリプトンソイブロスは、食品と動物飼料からEscherichia coliO157:H7を検出するための増菌培地として推奨されます。

Preparation Note

改変トリプトンソイ培養液33 gを蒸留水1000 mLに懸濁させます。必要に応じて加熱して培地を完全に溶解します。圧力15 lbs（121°C）で15分間オートクレーブ滅菌します。45～50°Cに冷却し、再水和したVCC選択的サプリメント（カタログ番号80704）1バイアルを無菌的に添加します。よく混合し、必要に応じて分注します。
