General description

TSKgel SuperQ-5PW columns are packed with porous hydrophilic polymer beads which are modified with a strong anion exchanger. The resulting product exhibits very high protein capacities. TSKgel SuperQ-5PW is used for the separation and analysis of proteins, oligonucleotides and other biologically active molecules. TSKgel SuperQ-5PW columns have the same backbone chemistry and selectivity as the bulk process scale resins TSKgel SuperQ-5PW (20) and (30) and Toyopearl SuperQ-650.
