General description

Glass conical inserts with polymer feet are basically used to contain standard mixtures for various experimental purposes.[1]
Insert fits 12 × 32 mm vials with large opening (6.0 mm)

Application

It may be used to contain albumin standard solution in an absolute quantification method like protein hydrolysis, o-phthalaldehyde derivatization, and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography analysis in a general-purpose UV-visible high-performance liquid chromatography system, employed for quantitative amino acid analysis.[1]
