Biochem/physiol Actions

STF-1084 (ENPP1 inhibitor Compound 15) Is a cell-impermeable, potent, selective, stable and nontoxic competitive inhibitor of ENPP1 (ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase phosphodiesterase 1) that inhibit degradation of extracellular cGAMP under physiological conditions. STF-1084 had no effect on intracellular cGAMP. STF-1084 synergized with IR to significantly delay tumor progression in three triple-negative breast cancer cell lines 4T1-luc mice model.
