Biochem/physiol Actions

TG11-77 is a brain-permeable, water soluble, highly potent, and selective EP2 receptor antagonist. TG11-77 suppress inflammatory gene expression induced by EP2 activation in a microglial cell line. TG11-77 is useful for study CNS diseases in rodent models.
