PAR-1 selective agonist has been used for platelet aggregation.
Thr-Phe-Leu-Leu-Arg-NH2 (TFLLR-NH2) is used as a selective agonist for protease-activated receptor 1 (PAR1) which is involved in the development of cardiac remodeling and hypertrophy after myocardial injury.

Protease-activated receptor-1 (PAR-1) is a G protein-coupled receptor, that is activated through thrombin and other proteases.
