The MystiCq Universal PCR primer is an integral part of the MystiCq microRNA qPCR Assay System. It has been designed to work specifically with the MystiCq microRNA qPCR Assay primers and the MystiCq microRNA SYBR Green qPCR ReadyMix on cDNA templates generated by the MystiCq microRNA cDNA Synthesis Mix kit.
Application
MystiCq® Universal PCR Primer has been used for the quantitation of microRNA.[1][2]

In hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), which usually develops in a cirrhotic liver, treatments preserving normal liver function and viability are vitally important. Here, we utilise the differential expression of miRNAs 122a and 199a between normal hepatocytes and HCC to generate vectors

Prior studies have established the important role of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2) as a mediator of acute kidney injury (AKI). We demonstrated rapid ERK1/2 activation induced renal dysfunction following ischemia/reperfusion (IR)-induced AKI and downregulated the mitochondrial biogenesis (MB) regulator
