Application

α-D-Mannopyranosyl azide has been used in a study to assess the photochemistry of glycosyl azides. It has also been used in a study to investigate stereoselective photochemical transformations of hexopyranosyl imides.
Used to make N-link glycopeptides in glycobiology.
