A chemically defined medium derivative of B14FAF28-G3. Since it was established, NCTC cells have been employed in nutritional studies involving 6 different NCTC chemically defined serum-free media.

NCTC 135 100% + 2mM Glutamine.
Subculture Routine
Sub-cultures are prepared by scraping; 5% CO2; 37°C. Media change three times a week. Freeze in 9% glycerol/91% FBS.
