Piperazine is an anthelmintic agent, which is used in the treatment of ascariasis and enterobiasis in mammals and birds.[1][2]

Application

Piperazine may be used as a reference standard for the determination of piperazine in pharmaceutical drug formulations by hydrophilic interaction chromatography and evaporative light scattering detection method.[3]
