General description

Propetamphos is an organophosphate insecticide, which acts by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzyme activity.[1]

Application

Propetamphos may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in human tissues,[2] fruits[3] and crops[4] by various chromatography techniques.
