Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:200 dilution from a representative lot detected MT5-MMP/MMP24 in lysate from HEK293 cells over expressing MT5-MMP, but not in HEK293 cells over expressing MT1-MMP and in mock control HEK293 cell lysates (Negative).
