Application

A selective medium suitable for the detection of yeasts and moulds in food.

Preparation Note

Suspend 37g in 1 litre demineralised water. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool agar to 45 - 50°C, mix well and pour plates.
