Specificity

Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on sheep IgG and with light chains common to most sheep immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum protein, but the antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

Immunogen

Purified Sheep IgG.

Application

DILUTION:

1:50,000 - 1:1,000,000 for ELISA using enzyme-conjugated streptavidin

1:10,000 - 1:100,000 for Western Blots using enzyme-conjugated streptavidin

1:500 - 1:5,000 for enzyme immunohistochemistry on tissue sections

1:200 - 1:1,000 for flow cytometry and fluorescence immunohisto/cytochemistry

Optimal working dilution must be determined by the end user.
