Gene Information

General description

Chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 3, more commonly known as CHD-3, is a member of the CHD family of proteins. These proteins are characterized by the presence of chromo (chromatin organization modifier) domain, SNF2-related helicase/ATPase domain, and and a carboxy-terminal DNA binding domain. As a component of the Mi-2/NuRD histone deacetylase complex, CHD-3 participates in chromatin remodeling by deacetylating histones.

Specificity

This antibody recognizes CHD-3 at the C-terminus.

Immunogen

Epitope: C-terminus
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human CHD-3.

Application

Anti-CHD-3 Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody for detection of CHD-3 also known as Chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 3, hZFH & has been validated in WB.
