Application

Anti-Citrulline Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody for the detection of Citrulline & has been validated in ELISA & IHC.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1,000-1:2,500 glutaraldehyde required for reactivity. (0.5%-2.5% is typical; fluorescence detection is not recommended. Blocking is with 3% normal serum with 0.1-0.2% triton X-100 usually. Primary antibody is diluted only in TBS or PBS with out blocking or triton X-100. Incubations are usually 3 hours 37C or 4C overnight. Detection is by ABC or PAP for best results. Not recommended for paraffin embedded tissues.

ELISA: 1:2500-1:5000

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
