General description

A selective D4 dopamine receptor agonist (Ki = 8.7 nM, EC50 = 8.3 nM). Suitable for central and peripheral delivery. Used in studies of penile erection, learning and memory. Exibits some binding affinity towards human D2 and D3 Receptors (Ki = 2.8 µM).
