General description

Native α1,2-fucosidase from Xanthomon as species. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of all non-reducing terminal fucose that are α1,2-linked to the galactose of terminal Gal-GlcNAc disaccharide structures. The enzyme will not cleave fucose linked to the GlcNAc residue.
Note: 1 mU = 1 milliunit.
