Application

16:0 Liss Rhod PE or 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-(lissamine rhodamine B sulfonyl) (ammonium salt) has been used in:
  • brain polar lipid mixture for in vitro liposome tubulation assay
  • in liposomes as a control to determine the stability of PTX-loaded liposomes
  • the formation of liposome to understand the binding of kinesin motor protein (KIF5B) to phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P2), responsible for autolysosome tabulation

16:0 Liss Rhod PE may also be used in liposome flotation assay for the analysis of protein-lipid interactions and in the formation of small unilamellar vesicles to determine membrane diffusion in lipid bilayers.

The considerable variability of responses amongst subjects to disease triggers and immunotherapies is a major obstacle to designing better immune-based therapies. Therefore, development of patient-tailored precision medicine that improves the efficacy of immunomodulatory drugs is necessary. The individualized response to
