Acethydrazide is an organic building that undergo catalytic hydrogenation to produce N′-methyl acethydrazide (MAH).[1]

Application

Acethydrazide can be used in the synthesis of (E)-N′-(2-hydroxybenzylidene)acetohydrazide, an ONO pincer ligand.[2]
