Application

This product is a conductive ink based on single-crystal silver nanoparticles in a mixture of propylene glycol monomethyl ether - diethylene glycol monomethyl ether solvents (PM-DGME), has been designed for Aerosol digital printing systems and low temperature sintering applications. The ink offers a unique combination of properties, including high silver loading, low viscosity, storage at ambient conditions, long shelf life, reliable jetting and good printability. Printed patterns, sinterable at low temperatures, provide low electrical resistivity, good adhesion to a wide range of substrates and durability to humid and aqueous environments.
This product can be stored at room temperature.

  • Compatible printheads
Ink works well with printheads: Air Brush

  • Product fit for:
Digital Printing (Aerosol)
Printed Electronics: FPD, RFID, PCB

Aerosol Jet can print conformal interconnects on 3D surfaces eliminating the need for wire bonding - for example printing electrical connections on 3D stacked die or for LED chip fabrication. Components can also be printed onto 3 dimensional surfaces eliminating the need for a separate substrate thereby reducing the size, thickness and weight of the end product. For example, Aerosol Jet is used to print antennas and sensors that conform to the shape of the underlying substrate such as a cell phone case. The Aerosol Jet process also supports printing on a wide variety of substrates including plastics, ceramics and metallic structures.

Preparation Note

Mix well before use.
