General description

KORASILON Pastes are organically modified siloxane pastes that exhibits improved compatibility on surfaces, eg better paintability, adhesiveness, etc. These pastes offer greater stability and adhesion to surfaces, even in high temperature ranges when compared to silicon oils.

Application

The pastes are suitable:
  • As glide-, lubricant- and release agent for e. g. vales, joints and gaskets, ground joints, cables and wires.
  • As assembly aid as well as protection- and sealing aid.
  • To maintain rubber seals.
  • For assembling insulators and switchgears in electronics.
