Application

(S)-3-Aminotetrahydrofuran tosylate can be used as a reagent in the synthesis of oxadiazolyl-quinolinyl-N-(pyranyl)piperidinamines as potential κ-opioid receptor (KOR) antagonists.[1] It may also be used in the preparation of N-(4-fluoro-3-methyl-phenyl)-3-[[(3S)-tetrahydrofuran-3-yl]-sulfamoyl]benzamide derivatives.[2]
