(S)-2-(Aminomethyl)-1-Boc-pyrrolidine can be used as a building block to synthesize:
  • Imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine derivatives as potent IKKβ inhibitors.[1]
  • 1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaborane (o-carborane) and 1,7-dicarba-closo-dodecaborane (m-carborane) derivatives as potential D2 receptor antagonists.[2]
  • Pyrrolidine based Merrifield resin as a chiral organocatalyst for the asymmetric Michael addition reaction of ketones with nitrostyrenes.[3]
