General description

6-Ethoxy-2-benzothiazolesulfonamide is a membrane permeable carbonic anhydrase inhibitor and its ocular disposition and pharmacology in normal albino rabbits has been investigated.[1] It causes inhibition of insulin degradation in vitro.[2]
