Immunogeno

synthetic peptide corresponding to the first extracellular loop of human calcitonin receptor-like receptor, conjugated to KLH. The immunizing peptide has 100% homology with the rat and mouse gene.

Applicazioni

Anti-Calcitonin Receptor-Like Receptor antibody produced in rabbit was used for immunocytochemistry of mouse bone marrow-derived mucosal mast cells at a dilution of 1:100.

Azioni biochim/fisiol

Calcitonin receptor-like receptor (CLR) is a G protein-coupled receptor that binds receptor-activity-modifying proteins (RAMP)1, -2 and -3. CLR has been implicated in conditions such as obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, migraine and cardiovascular disease.

Stato fisico

Solution in phosphate buffered saline containing ≤ 0.1% sodium azide.
