Preparation Note

Can be stored at -20°C upto the expiration date on the bottle.


Once thawed it should be used within 2 weeks

  1. Once thawed, can the media be aliquoted and refrozen?

    1. For product MR-070, once thawed, this should be used within 2 weeks. This cannot be aliquoted, thawed, and refrozen. This product can be stored at -20°C upto the expiration date on the bottle.

    1. This product may be stored at -80°C up to the expiration date on the bottle. However, note that storing this material at -80°C may not significantly increase the shelf life.

  3. Should we supplement BSA to the HTF for embryo culture or can we use it directly use it ?

    1. The product is already supplemented with 4.0 g/L BSA.

  4. Hi! I've been trying to find the detailed composition of the media and couldn't find it. Could you please let me know if the media is supplemented with BSA or is it needed? What buffer does it uses? Thanks in advance, Best, Maria
