General description
La membrana di trasferimento Immobilon®-FL è una membrana microporosa di fluoruro di polivinilidene (PVDF) con pori di dimensione nominale pari a 0,45 μm, progettata per legare le proteine trasferite da una varietà di matrici di gel. La membrana di trasferimento Immobilon®-FL è idrofoba ed è provvista di una struttura dei pori uniforme con un′elevata capacità di legame per le biomolecole. La membrana assicura un blotting ottimale di proteine con peso molecolare superiore a 20.000. La membrana Immobilon®-FL è caratterizzata da un′autofluorescenza molto bassa in un ampio spettro di lunghezze d′onda di eccitazione/emissione. Tale proprietà la rende ideale per applicazioni di blotting che comportino una immunorivelazione basata sulla fluorescenza. La membrana Immobilon®-FL può essere usata anche per rilevamenti chemiluminescenti o cromogeni di routine.

Immobilon PSQ, with a pore size of 0.2 µm, is suitable for various detection methods including fluorescent, radioactive, chromogenic, and chemifluorescent detection. But when using Immobilon PSQ in Western Blotting, it is important to consider that there may be increased background noise, which might require more stringent wash steps to ensure accurate results.

Great for western blots
Traduci con GoogleI have been using this product for close to two and half years now. It is a highly reliable PVDF roll for western blotting. I use it to transfer a wide variety of proteins and use HRP conjugated secondary antibodies for imaging bands. The results have always been sharp, reliable and most importantly, reproducible. I shall buy again when we run out.
